These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of PinPlate ("the App"), operated by PinPlate ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

PinPlate is a personal restaurant collection app. You may use it to save, organize, and discover restaurants for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt any part of our service
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or copy any part of the App
• Submit content you do not have the right to share

Account

PinPlate uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab within the App.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

PinPlate Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription:

• PinPlate Pro Monthly — billed monthly, auto-renews each month
• PinPlate Pro Annual — billed annually, auto-renews each year

Prices are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings at any time. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

Third-Party Content

PinPlate allows you to submit links to publicly available content from platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. We use AI to extract restaurant details from this content. You are responsible for ensuring that any links you submit are to publicly accessible content. PinPlate is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, or their parent companies.

Intellectual Property

PinPlate and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PinPlate and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any restaurant data you add to the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that restaurant information extracted by AI is accurate or complete. Always verify restaurant details independently before visiting.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinPlate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
